for Agricultural or Forestry Tractor Operators
AT HOME
IN THE CLASSROOM
Agricultural or forestry tractors course, for operators who use such equipment.
The use of work equipment that requires particular knowledge and responsibility makes a specific qualification mandatory. Legislative Decree 81/08 provides a dedicated training course for users of agricultural tractors. The State-Regions Conference Agreement of 02/22/2012 detailed the duration and contents of the course.
The training course includes both a theoretical and a practical part; the agricultural tractor course lasts 8 hours and expires every five years. To update training it is necessary to attend the Agricultural Tractors Update which lasts 4 hours.
Theoretical and practical tests will be carried out to evaluate the knowledge acquired during the Agricultural Tractors Course; a participation/training/qualification certificate will be issued to those who successfully pass them.
Agricultural Tractor License
The agricultural tractor license is issued at the end of the training. The license corresponds to the training certificate, as it is the same document.
