What is workplace safety consultancy according to Legislative Decree 81/08?

Consultancy pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 is a recognition in the field of safety in the workplace which supports the customer in bringing workplaces, vehicles, systems and staff training into compliance. We will support you in preparing the necessary documentation and the obligations to comply with.


Through a scrupulous inspection at the customer’s premises, a general picture is drawn that is closest to the Company’s working conditions, therefore:

Inspection and initial check-up of the state of conformity of the working environments, systems, vehicles and staff training in order to identify any discrepancies with regulatory obligations and areas for improvement;

• Processing of Risk Assessment Document (PAD);

• Possible Position of Manager of the external Prevention and Protection Service (PMPPS);

Planning of Adaptation or Improvement Interventions;

• Development of the Interferential Risk Assessment Document (IRAD);

• Conducting any periodic safety meetings;

Drafting of the Emergency and Evacuation Plan and related floor plans;

Through the analysis of the information obtained from the inspection, it will be possible to proceed with a schematization of the connected workplaces, from which it will be possible to distinguish the different training courses required by Legislative Decree 81/08 to be carried out.
