Safety at work defined by Legislative Decree 81/08, provides that every company with at least one employee must comply with safety in the workplace by compulsorily complying with a number of regulations in both the training and documentary fields.
The Consolidated Law on Safety at Work implements EEC directives on the protection of the working environment and the improvement of the safety and health of workers during the performance of their work. The decree aims to protect workers from chemical, physical and biological agents recognized as potentially harmful to health, but also to the general requirements of minimum safety measures at work.
FormaSIC provides consultancy, documentation, training and external RSPP services to companies throughout the national territory for ALL the obligations required by Legislative Decree 81/08 and Legislative Decree 106/09, the current legislation in force regarding health and prevention in the workplace.

- Training courses
Workplace Safety Courses are made mandatory by Legislative Decree 81/08 for all companies with workers.
In particular, companies must have their workers attend Occupational Safety Courses for General Training, Specific Training, Fire Fighting, First Aid, training for Supervisors and Managers.
Furthermore, courses are also planned for the RSPP Employer and for the RLS Workers’ Representative. In addition to these basic courses, there are also specific courses for certain types of activities, such as courses for the Equipment Decree or those for food activities.
